GET TO KNOW WILL TRAXX

Keeping with the tradition of Bronx emcees, Will Traxx is a

native of the Soundview neighborhood, home to the Jazzy 5.

Traxx began his career emceeing over Triple C mixtapes

before landing the coveted role as hype man for Peter Gunz

& Lord Tariq’s world tour. Will Traxx, commonly known as the

“Voice of the City” has developed a reputation for

consistently delivering crowd moving performances with

signatures reminiscent of P Diddy & Doug E Fresh. Following

his international exposure, Traxx further cemented himself

into Bronx emcee culture by building a fan base of his own

with the local club anthem “Let Me See Some Footwork”

which blew up Hip Hop radio in New York, dominating dance

floors and arenas, followed up by the birthday anthem “Shine

The Light On Em.” A remix of “Let Me See Some Footwork”

featuring the aforementioned Doug E Fresh followed these

projects. Today, Traxx is preparing for the release of his

project "The Good Will,” traveling the country and spreading

that “Footwork” love while sharing the stage with a variety

hip-hop notables: Slick Rick & Doug E. Fresh, Lil Kim,

Christopher WIlliams, Rah Digga, AZ, Rakim, Redman, Nore,

Naughty by Nature, Horace Brown, Melissa Morgan, Bad Boy

W.Y.N.D. IS WHAT YOU NEED DESPERATELY..

W.Y.N.D. IS WHAT YOU NEED DESPERATELY..

W.Y.N.D.

Emerging out of  Jamaica Queens, New York is the new hip-hop duo W.Y.N.D. bringing a refreshing I.C.O.N.I.C. style to the table. W.Y.N.D. consists of two brothers by the name of Supastar Rell (Jorrell Peels, 26) and Ej2wavy (Elijah Peels, 20). The duo has a special relationship as brothers that reflects in the music that they make. With Supastar Rell being a lyricist and having influences like Rakim, Guru and Mos Def, and Ej2wavy being a saxophonist and producer gravitated towards the music of John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley and Clifford Brown making their style very unique. Both members of the duo have released music individually and collectively as early as 2011, but have recently chosen to take brotherhood  and their partnership to the next level as W.Y.N.D.

In addition, the lyrical mastery with a powerful message and the timeless orchestration of soulful NuJazz productions can not be overstated. These two naturally gifted brothers have teamed up with their cousin, legendary musician and super producer, Herb Middleton to create magnificent art that will last eternally. The formula of new flavor and vintage vibes from this family of composers will undoubtedly show you exactly why the fresh sounds and concepts that W.Y.N.D. provides is the music that many miss and need desperately.  Check out their first single "Hold The Smoke Up" produced by Herb Middleton
